ImgifyTools is a free, browser-based platform offering AI-powered image processing tools including:

All tools are provided free of charge. No account, credit card, or subscription is required to use the basic features.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ImgifyTools only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Uploading images that contain illegal content, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), hate speech, explicit violence, or content that violates the rights of others.
  • Using the service to process images you do not own or do not have permission to process.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the infrastructure, APIs, or AI models powering the Site.
  • Using automated bots or scripts to access our tools in a manner that places excessive load on our servers.
  • Reselling, relicensing, or commercially distributing ImgifyTools' AI processing capabilities as your own product or API.

3. Your Content & Image Ownership

You retain full ownership of all images you upload to ImgifyTools. By uploading an image, you grant us a temporary, limited, non-exclusive license solely to process and return the output image to you. We do not claim any ownership over your uploaded or processed images.

All uploaded images are automatically deleted from our servers immediately after processing is complete. We do not store, train on, or use your images for any purpose beyond fulfilling your requested processing job.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on ImgifyTools — including the website design, logo, branding, tool interfaces, written content, and underlying AI models — is the intellectual property of ImgifyTools and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our express written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all AI tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee that:

  • The AI output will meet your specific quality or accuracy requirements.
  • The Site will be available at all times without interruption or errors.
  • Any defects or errors in the tools will be corrected promptly.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ImgifyTools and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Site or any tool.
  • Loss or corruption of uploaded images or data.
  • AI output that does not meet your expectations.
  • Unauthorized access to your data resulting from third-party actions.

7. Service Availability & Modifications

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime across our tools. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any tool or the entire Site at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss arising from such modification or discontinuation.

8. Third-Party Services

ImgifyTools relies on third-party AI inference providers and advertising services (including Google AdSense). Your interactions with these third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ImgifyTools, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site, or any content you upload or process through our tools.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where ImgifyTools operates.
