Copyright Policy

Last updated: January 27, 2026

ImgifyTools respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We are committed to responding promptly and appropriately to claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA) and applicable international copyright law.

1. User Responsibility for Uploaded Content

ImgifyTools provides AI image processing tools — including Background Removal, Upscaling, Face Enhancement, Object Removal, and more. When you upload an image to use any of our tools, you confirm that:

  • You are the original creator of the image, or
  • You hold the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to process, modify, and distribute the image, or
  • Your use of the image constitutes fair use or falls within another applicable legal exception.

ImgifyTools does not permanently store uploaded images — all files are deleted immediately after processing is complete. However, you remain solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any image you submit.

2. Our Intellectual Property

All elements of the ImgifyTools platform — including but not limited to the website design, branding, logo, tool interfaces, written content, and the underlying AI models and algorithms — are the intellectual property of ImgifyTools and/or its licensors. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without our prior written consent.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)

If you believe that content on ImgifyTools infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the specific URL or location on our site where the material is found.
  • Your contact information — full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Where to Send Your Notice

Please send all DMCA notices to our designated copyright agent by email:

support@imgifytools.com

Include "DMCA Takedown Request" in the subject line. We aim to acknowledge valid notices within 5 business days.

5. Takedown Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Review the notice and investigate the alleged infringement in good faith.
  • Remove or disable access to the infringing material if appropriate.
  • Make a reasonable effort to notify the user responsible, if applicable, so they may submit a counter-notification.

6. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us at support@imgifytools.com. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and its former location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal or applicable court for resolution of the dispute.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

7. Repeat Infringers

It is the policy of ImgifyTools to take appropriate action against users who are found to be repeat infringers of the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others, up to and including blocking access to the service.
