Useful tools first
The reviewed convert, compress, resize, passport-crop, editing, and background-removal workflows are available without a required account.
Editorial standards
Guides are written for tasks people actually search for. We prefer consolidating thin duplicates into substantial articles, citing official sources for identity photos, and updating pages when platform rules change.
Honest privacy
Most ImgifyTools routes process uploads on our servers for your session so AI and heavy transforms can run—files are not retained permanently and are not used for model training. The image editor runs primarily in your browser. See our privacy policy for details.
How we build
ImgifyTools
ImgifyTools started as a practical alternative to installing heavy design suites for one-off jobs: convert HEIC on a locked-down Windows PC, hit a 100KB portal cap, cut a product onto pure white for Amazon, or frame a biometric passport photo at home. The product surface is a suite of focused tools; the editorial surface is a blog and guide library that explains when to use each step.
Engineering work covers upload validation, temporary processing, background segmentation, conversion, compression, resizing, and browser-primary editing. Editorial work focuses on testing what a page claims against the deployed workflow and consolidating overlapping pages.
Processing disclosure in plain language: AI and most convert/compress tools upload your file to ImgifyTools servers for the session that produces your download. We do not keep a public gallery of user uploads and we do not use those files to train models. The in-browser image editor keeps pixels on your device unless a step explicitly needs the server. Limits (typically 10 MB, higher for some compress routes) are shown on tool pages.
If you need help, a correction, or a feature request, use the contact form. Reviewed articles show an updated date, and claims that cannot be verified are removed or kept out of search until evidence is available.
