• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the complainant

6. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate access to our Service for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.

7. False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees. Please ensure your claim is made in good faith.
